1. General Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between okvajee ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") and any individual ("the User", "you", "your") who accesses, registers with, or uses the okvajee website and its associated services, including but not limited to online casino games, sports betting, live dealer tables, slot games, card games such as Teen Patti Joker, and casual games such as Blocky Block.

By accessing any part of the okvajee platform — whether or not you have completed registration — you agree to be bound by these Terms, the okvajee Privacy Policy, the Responsible Gaming Policy, and any specific game rules or promotional terms published on the platform from time to time. All of these documents together form the complete agreement between you and okvajee.

okvajee reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, okvajee will make reasonable efforts to notify registered users via the registered email address or via an in-platform notification. The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this page. Your continued use of the platform after any such update constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms are written in English. In the event of any translation being provided for convenience, the English version shall prevail in all cases of ambiguity or conflict.

1.1 Platform Availability

okvajee makes no guarantee that the platform will be available at all times or free from technical interruptions. Scheduled maintenance, server upgrades, network issues, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control may result in temporary unavailability. okvajee will endeavour to minimise downtime and will not be liable for any losses resulting from platform unavailability due to circumstances outside its control.

1.2 Governing Language

All official communications, terms, policies, and account notices from okvajee are issued in English. Customer support is available in both English and Bengali. In the event of any discrepancy between a Bengali-language support communication and these official English Terms, the English Terms shall take precedence.

2. Account Registration

To access okvajee's full range of games, betting markets, and financial services, users must create a registered account. Registration is free and open to individuals who meet all of the eligibility requirements set out in these Terms.

2.1 Eligibility Requirements

• You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration. okvajee operates a strict 18+ policy and will verify age at registration and before processing the first withdrawal.
• You must be a natural person (not a corporation, trust, or other legal entity).
• You must provide accurate, truthful, and complete information during the registration process, including your full legal name, date of birth, and a valid contact method.
• You must not already hold an active okvajee account. Each individual is permitted to hold exactly one registered account at any given time. Duplicate accounts will be closed and any balance in the duplicate account may be forfeited.
• You must not be acting on behalf of a third party. Playing using another person's funds or on behalf of another individual is strictly prohibited.

2.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. okvajee strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your account. You must notify okvajee support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account. okvajee will not be liable for losses resulting from your failure to maintain account security, except where such loss is caused by okvajee's own negligence.

2.3 Identity Verification (KYC)

okvajee operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) process in line with responsible gaming and platform integrity standards. Users may be required to submit identity verification documents — including a government-issued photo ID such as a National ID Card, passport, or driving licence, as well as proof of the payment method used — before withdrawals are processed. Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within the timeframe requested will result in the suspension of withdrawal processing until verification is completed. okvajee reserves the right to close any account where satisfactory verification cannot be obtained.

2.4 Account Information Accuracy

You are responsible for keeping your account information accurate and up to date. Any changes to your name, contact details, or registered payment methods must be updated via account settings or communicated to support. okvajee will not be liable for failed payments or communications resulting from outdated account information.

3. Deposits and Withdrawals

okvajee supports a range of payment methods tailored for Bangladeshi players, including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. All account balances, deposits, and withdrawals are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳).

3.1 Deposits

• The minimum deposit amount via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay is ৳500.
• Deposits via Visa or Mastercard are subject to the minimum amounts displayed at the time of transaction.
• okvajee does not charge any platform fees on deposits made via supported local payment methods. Third-party fees applied by your payment provider are outside okvajee's control.
• Deposits are typically credited to your account balance instantly for mobile wallet methods. Card payments may take up to 15 minutes to reflect depending on your card issuer.
• You must only deposit funds that you own and that are from a legitimate source. okvajee may request evidence of the source of funds at any time.
• okvajee reserves the right to refuse or reverse a deposit where fraud, money laundering, or misuse of the platform is suspected.

3.2 Withdrawals

• Withdrawal requests must be made to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit wherever technically possible.
• Standard processing time for withdrawals via bKash or Nagad is 10–30 minutes following successful KYC verification and internal review.
• okvajee reserves the right to conduct additional security checks before approving withdrawal requests, which may extend the standard processing time.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to verified accounts. Users who have not completed KYC verification will be required to do so before their first withdrawal is released.
• okvajee will not process withdrawals to third-party accounts. The registered payment method must belong to the account holder.
• In cases where a bonus was applied to the account, withdrawal of funds associated with that bonus may be subject to applicable wagering requirements as detailed in Section 4 of these Terms.

3.3 Currency

All transactions on okvajee are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). okvajee does not charge currency conversion fees. If your payment provider converts currency on their end, any resulting fees or exchange rate differences are outside okvajee's responsibility.

4. Bonus and Promotions

okvajee offers promotions and bonuses to both new and existing registered players from time to time. All promotional offers are subject to specific terms that are published alongside each offer. In the event of any conflict between general bonus terms in this section and the specific terms of an individual promotion, the specific terms shall prevail.

4.1 General Bonus Rules

• Bonuses are available to registered players who are 18 years of age or older and who are in good standing with okvajee.
• Each promotion will specify eligibility criteria, minimum qualifying deposit amounts, wagering requirements, time limits, game restrictions, and maximum withdrawal amounts derived from bonus funds.
• Wagering requirements specify the number of times the bonus amount (or bonus plus deposit amount, as specified per promotion) must be wagered before any winnings derived from bonus funds become eligible for withdrawal.
• okvajee reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time. Players with active bonus balances that are being wagered will be given reasonable notice before a running promotion is cancelled.
• Bonus abuse — including but not limited to opening multiple accounts to claim the same welcome offer, making deposits specifically to trigger a bonus with no genuine intent to play, or exploiting apparent errors in bonus mechanics — is strictly prohibited. okvajee may void bonuses and associated winnings, and close accounts, where bonus abuse is identified.
• Players may be required to opt in to a promotion. Promotions are not applied automatically unless stated in the specific promotion terms.

4.2 Welcome Bonus

okvajee's welcome bonus offer is available to new registered players making their first qualifying deposit. Full terms, including the minimum deposit threshold, bonus percentage, wagering requirements, eligible games, and expiry period, are published on the promotions page and are updated periodically. The welcome bonus may only be claimed once per account, per household, and per device.

4.3 Seasonal and Special Promotions

okvajee may offer time-limited promotions aligned with significant occasions in the Bangladeshi calendar — including Pohela Boishakh, Eid, Durga Puja, Victory Day (December 16), Independence Day (March 26), and major cricket tournaments such as the Bangladesh Premier League, IPL, and ICC T20 World Cup. All seasonal promotions are subject to their own specific terms and are valid only for the stated promotion period.

5. Game Rules and Fair Play

okvajee provides games from a number of leading international game providers, including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. Each game is governed by its own specific rules, which are accessible within the game interface before and during play. Players are responsible for reading and understanding the rules of any game before placing real-money bets.

5.1 Random Number Generation and RTP

All slot games and non-live casino games on okvajee use certified Random Number Generation (RNG) systems to determine game outcomes. RNG certification and published Return to Player (RTP) percentages are provided by the game suppliers and are independently verified. okvajee does not modify RTP rates or interfere with game outcome generation. 5.2 Live Dealer Games

Technical disruptions during a live game round will be handled in accordance with the game provider's fair play protocol, which may result in round cancellation and stake refund.

5.3 Sports Betting Rules

Sports betting markets — including cricket, football, kabaddi, hockey, and other sports — are governed by okvajee's sports betting rules. Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time of placement. Pre-match bets are settled based on the official result of the relevant fixture. In-play (live) bets are subject to the specific in-play terms applicable at the time of placement. okvajee reserves the right to void bets placed after an event has concluded or where the market was offered in error.

5.4 Prohibited Conduct

• Using automated bots, scripts, or software to place bets or interact with the platform
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or loopholes in game logic
• Collusion with other players in multiplayer games
• Any form of match-fixing, spot-fixing, or insider information advantage in sports betting
• Chargebacks or payment disputes raised without genuine grounds

okvajee reserves the right to immediately suspend any account where prohibited conduct is suspected, pending investigation. Where prohibited conduct is confirmed, winnings may be voided, deposits forfeited, and the account permanently closed.

6. Age Restriction

During registration, all users are required to confirm that they are 18 years of age or older. This declaration is a condition of registration and forms part of the binding agreement between the user and okvajee. Providing a false declaration of age is a serious breach of these Terms.

okvajee conducts age verification checks as part of the KYC process. Users may be required to provide a government-issued photo ID confirming date of birth before full account features are activated. Where verification confirms that a user is under 18, the account will be closed immediately, all funds returned to the source payment method where legally required, and any winnings accrued during underage use will be voided.

okvajee encourages parents and guardians to make use of parental control software and internet filtering tools to prevent access to gambling websites by minors. 7. Account Closure

7.1 Voluntary Closure

You may request the closure of your okvajee account at any time by contacting our support team via live chat or by emailing [email protected]. Requests for voluntary account closure will be processed within 48 hours. Prior to closure, any outstanding balance will be withdrawn to your registered payment method following standard KYC and withdrawal procedures. Active bonus balances that have not met wagering requirements may be forfeited upon voluntary closure unless otherwise agreed.

7.2 Self-Exclusion

okvajee offers a formal self-exclusion programme for players who feel that their gambling is becoming problematic. Self-exclusion requests can be made for defined periods — 30 days, 90 days, 180 days, or 1 year — or on a permanent basis. During a self-exclusion period, your account will be suspended and you will not be permitted to re-register. okvajee will also remove you from all marketing communications for the duration of the exclusion period. 7.3 Closure by okvajee

okvajee reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its discretion where:

• The user has breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions
• The user has provided false or misleading information at registration or during KYC
• Fraudulent activity, money laundering, or abuse of the platform is identified or suspected
• The user is found to be under 18 years of age
• A duplicate account is identified
• Continued operation of the account poses a risk to the integrity of the platform

Where an account is closed by okvajee due to a breach of these Terms, any balance remaining in the account may be withheld pending investigation. If the investigation confirms a material breach, okvajee may forfeit the balance in accordance with these Terms and applicable regulations.

7.4 Inactive Accounts

An account is considered inactive if no login activity has been recorded for a continuous period of 12 months. okvajee will attempt to notify the registered user by email before applying any inactivity fee. After 12 months of inactivity, okvajee reserves the right to apply a monthly administrative maintenance fee to the dormant account balance until the balance reaches zero or the account is reactivated. Reactivation is achieved by logging back in to the account.

8. Limitation of Liability

okvajee provides the platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While okvajee takes all reasonable steps to ensure the reliability, accuracy, and security of the platform, it cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service at all times.

8.1 Platform Errors

In the event of a technical error, malfunction, or system failure that affects the outcome of a game, the display of odds, or the processing of a transaction, okvajee reserves the right to void the relevant game round, bet, or transaction and return the stake to the user's account. okvajee will not be liable for any consequential losses arising from such technical errors.

8.2 Exclusions

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, okvajee shall not be liable for:

• Any losses arising from a user's own decisions to place bets or play games on the platform
• Indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses of any kind
• Loss of profits, revenue, business, or anticipated savings
• Loss of data or account information caused by the user's failure to maintain account security
• Losses arising from events beyond okvajee's reasonable control, including but not limited to network outages, acts of government, natural disasters, or third-party service failures

8.3 Responsible Gaming Disclaimer

Gambling involves financial risk. okvajee provides responsible gaming tools to help users manage their play, but it is ultimately the user's responsibility to gamble within their means. okvajee accepts no liability for financial losses incurred through gambling on the platform. 8.4 Intellectual Property

All content on the okvajee platform — including logos, graphics, game interfaces, text, and software — is the property of okvajee or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal entertainment purposes only. Reproduction, redistribution, or commercial exploitation of any platform content without prior written consent from okvajee is strictly prohibited.

8.5 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid under applicable law, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, or severed from the Terms if modification is not possible. The remaining provisions of the Terms shall continue in full force and effect.
